1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on tlcasino. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify tlcasino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. tlcasino will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). tlcasino may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. 3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting tlcasino customer support. Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be settled prior to withdrawal of remaining balances, subject to applicable bonus terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tlcasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. tlcasino does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the tlcasino platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. tlcasino aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. 5.2 tlcasino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to your account in good faith.

5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account termination.

5.4 tlcasino reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the tlcasino platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures conducted by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tlcasino platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of tlcasino.

9. Limitation of Liability
